This policy explains what information DaMuKi, LLC ("we", "us") collects through damuki.com and the D-Portal client portal at portal.damuki.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
When you request a walkthrough or quote. The booking form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property location, approximate acreage and a description of your property needs. If you used the price estimator, the services and estimate you selected are included.
When you use D-Portal. If you have a D-Portal account, we store:
- Your account details: name, email address, phone number (if provided) and your role (owner, crew or staff).
- Property details you or we enter, such as farm names, addresses, gate codes, access notes, maps of paddocks, fences and other assets.
- Visit records, including check-in and check-out times, the device location at check-in and check-out, checklists, notes, readings and maintenance requests.
- Photos taken during visits or uploaded with requests, along with the time and location they were taken.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough and prepare a quote.
- To provide our services, including scheduling visits and preparing visit reports.
- To give you, and the people you authorize, access to your property's records in D-Portal.
- To send service-related messages, such as visit reports, account emails and password resets.
- To keep our website and portal secure and working properly.
Location information
D-Portal uses your device's location only when someone checks in or out of a visit, logs a check or problem, records a map point or shape, or adds a photo, and only after the device has been given permission. This is used to confirm visits and place assets on your property map. You can turn off location permission in your device settings at any time; some portal features may not work without it.
Who can see your information
Inside D-Portal, information about a property is visible only to that property's owner accounts and to our staff and crew who work on it. We share information with service providers that help us run our business, only as needed for them to provide their services:
- FormSubmit delivers booking form submissions to our email.
- Supabase hosts the D-Portal database, login system and photo storage.
- HostGator hosts the damuki.com website and our email.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts used on our pages.
- Map providers (OpenStreetMap, the U.S. Geological Survey and the Florida Department of Transportation) supply the map images shown in D-Portal. Your browser requests map tiles for the area being viewed.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, our crew or others.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. D-Portal stores your sign-in session and some saved data on your device so it can keep you signed in and work with a weak signal. Clearing your browser data or signing out removes it.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. D-Portal records are kept while your account or service is active, so you have a history of work done on your property. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep certain records for legal, tax or business reasons.
Security
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, private photo storage and access rules that limit each account to its own properties. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Update your name and phone number in D-Portal settings.
- Turn off location permission on your device.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
